A co-authored international study on using an AI chatbot to deliver reproductive-health education to ethnic-minority women in Vietnam — measuring gains in knowledge, changes in behaviour, and better access to health information in underserved areas. Scientific Research — tracing raw materials in seafood to fight trade fraud

1st at Newton · 2nd across the Nam Bac Tu Liem cluster

An interdisciplinary project — I led the information-technology side, a teammate led the biology. We built a way to trace the raw materials inside processed seafood products, so buyers can tell what they are actually eating and commercial fraud is harder to hide.

Selected as a speaker for the Vietnam delegation (1 of 3 from Newton). I presented EduVision AI — using AI to make learning accessible for visually-impaired students — sharing the field research and model, and taking questions from students, teachers and delegates. The trip included university visits, among them NUS.
